How to fix Error: QuickBooks is unable to send your email to Outlook

If you see the message "QuickBooks Desktop is unable to send your email to Outlook," don't worry. This is usually just a settings issue. If you are using QuickBooks Pro, Premier or Enterprise version, follow the steps in order so you can send emails from QuickBooks.
Step 1: Edit your admin privileges
Make sure QuickBooks isn't set to automatically run as an administrator.
1. Close QuickBooks Desktop.
2. Right click on QuickBooks Icon and select Properties
3. Select the Compatibility tab.
4. Select to uncheck the Run this program as Administrator option.
5. Select Apply and then OK.

Step 2: Repair your MAPI32.dll to resolve QuickBooks is unable to send your email to Outlook issue.

1. Close all open programs.
2. Press WINDOWS KEY AND LETTER “R” TOGETHER you will find small window
3. Type C:\Windows\System32 into the search and click on ok.
4. Find Fixmapi.exe. And right click on it and click on RUN AS A ADMINISTRATOR
5. Now it will close automatically
6. When the repair finishes, restart your computer.
Open QuickBooks and send a test email or transaction. If you still see an error and the repair didn't work, move on to Step 3.
Step 3: Repair your Microsoft Outlook 365
Follow the steps to repair Microsoft Outlook.
1. Close all open programs.
2. Press WINDOWS KEY AND LETTER “R” TOGETHER you will find small window
3. Type appwiz.cpl
4. Find Microsoft Office and right click on it and click on change.
5. Now you will get a pop-up its says HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO REPAIR YOUR OFFICE PROGRAME?
6. Now click on online repair and then click repair
7. Wait for some time once it will finish restart your computer and try to send email through QuickBooks.
